At Watchme Amsterdam, you're in the right place for your watch repair. We work on all brands, and repairs are carried out skillfully and reliably. Simple repairs can usually be done quickly; more complex repairs may take a little more time. Good to know: while your watch is with us in the shop, it's kept safely in the vault and insured against theft.

HOW DO YOU SEND YOUR WATCH FOR REPAIR?
Register your repair
Fill in the repair form (PDF) and tell us what you think is wrong with your watch. Send the form along with the watch.
Send it
Send us your faulty watch, well packaged (please don't include original boxes or warranty certificates). Once we receive it, we'll email you a confirmation and prepare a quote. Shipping address: Watchme Amsterdam, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 29, 1012 NG Amsterdam.
Quote and repair
Do you agree to the quote? Then your watch will be repaired as quoted. The repair time varies per watch, partly due to the availability of parts. As soon as the repair is complete, you'll receive an invoice.
Return shipping
As soon as your payment has been received, your watch is sent back registered and insured. Because we're proud of our work, we guarantee every repair for 1 year from the date you receive your watch back.
