Sometimes a watch will stop working and replacing the battery isn’t enough to solve the problem. Watchme Amsterdam is the right place to get it done. We replace watch batteries and also carry out waterproof tests. More complicated watch repairs, requiring glass or mechanism replacements are carried out in one of our ateliers by our qualified watchmakers.

HOW TO SEND YOUR WATCH FOR REPAIR?
STEP 1. REGISTER YOUR WATCH
Fill in the repair form. Send the repair form with the watch.
STEP 2. SEND
Send your defective watch and make sure you pack your watch properly. Please don’t include any original boxes or warranty documents. Once we receive the watch, we will send you a confirmation via email.

STEP 3. QUOTATION AND REPAIR
If you agree to the quotation, your watch will be repaired according to it. We repair your watch and note that the repair period differs per watch, various factors play a role, such as the availability of the parts.
Once the reparation is completed, you will receive an invoice.
STEP 4. RETURN
As soon as we confirm your payment, we return your watch with insured package. And because we are proud of our service and we really want our customers to be happy, we guarantee every repair for 1 year from the date you get your watch back from our repair service.
