At checkout you can choose to order as a guest, create an account, or log in with an existing account. After filling in your details, you'll be taken to our secure payment page. Once payment is complete, you'll be automatically returned to the website.
Payment Information
iDEAL: direct online payment through your own bank. With this payment method you can process the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You settle in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
Credit card: Visa and Mastercard. Select this payment method while placing your order. After this you will automatically end up in the relevant payment environment. Your credit card will be charged at the time of delivery.
PayPal: online payment service with your own PayPal account. For this online payment service you need a PayPal account. The payment is directly with us. We can also send your watch immediately.
Cash: residents of the Netherlands and Belgium can come to our store to pick up the order themselves. Cash or debit card can be paid here and you will receive your watch from us personally.

Ordering & Returns
At Watchme Amsterdam, standard shipping is free for orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands. We ship with PostNL. Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 5 business days, international orders within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping costs for international orders depend on the delivery country.
Returns are free and possible within 30 days of receiving your package.
The products we supply come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty period applies without prejudice to the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
All items are delivered in their original packaging. This also includes the user manual and the warranty certificate. If the user manual is missing or you have any further questions, you can always email us.
