1. PAYMENT METHODS
iDEAL: direct online payment through your own bank. With this payment method you can process the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You settle in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank

Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Select this payment method while placing your order. After this you will automatically end up in the relevant payment environment. Your credit card will be charged at the time of delivery.

Paypal: Online payment service with your own Paypal account. For this online payment service you need a Paypal account. The payment is directly with us. We can also send your watch immediately.

Cash: People from the Netherlands and Belgium can come to our store to pick up the order themselves. Cash or Pin can be paid here and you will receive your watch from us personally.

We are official dealer of the products we sell.

3. AUTHENTICITY
We only sell 100% authentic products.

4. WARRANTY
The products supplied by us have a standard manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee period applies without prejudice the statutory rights that you have as a consumer.

5. INSTRUCTIONS
All items are delivered in the original packaging. This also includes the user manual and the guarantee certificate. If the user manual is missing or you have extra questions, you can always email us about it.

6. PRICES
The prices of our products are including VAT.

7. SEND YOUR WATCH (REPAIR SERVICES)
Please contact us before you send your watch for repair: (0)20 7371449.
Make sure that the repair form (PDF) has been added to the return package.

8. RETURN (WATCHES BOUGHT ON OUR WEBSITE)
Returns are free and possible within 30 days after receiving your package.

9. SHIPMENT
At Watchme Amsterdam the standard shipment is free for orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands.

10. STOCK
How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is not in stock, it is displayed with the product.
