12 months warranty on movement repairs carried out.

Maintenance/service warranty

24 months warranty on maintenance or a full service.

Battery replacement warranty

12 months warranty on batteries replaced by us. If your battery stops within 12 months, we will replace it again free of charge. If there is more wrong than the battery, we will give you a no-obligation quote.

Watch strap warranty

The Watchme Amsterdam watch strap collection is made exclusively from high-quality materials. The materials used are subject to ongoing quality control, and our entire range is covered against production faults. We offer a 6-month warranty on our watch straps for manufacturing defects. Normal wear, discolouration or damage from water, sweat or perfume is, however, almost never covered by the warranty.

Vintage watch warranty

12 months warranty on watches bought from us. After the first year, you are always welcome to come to us for any service or repair.
