Order

Ordering with Watchme is 100% safe and is quickly done and easily in four steps:

1. Place your products in the shopping cart
2. Shopping cart
3. Control your order
4. Payment

1. PLACE YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE SHOPPING CART
Search for the item of your choice and click on the orange ‘Add to cart’ button. To find your product you can easily use the search engine at the top of the website on every page.

2. SHOPPING CART
If you have placed all items of your choice in the shopping cart, you could go to the shopping cart page to check the content.

  • You can find the shopping cart on the top right of every page in the website. Here you can, if you wish, change or delete your items.
  • If you are in possession of a Watchme coupon, it is possible to use it here. Enter the coupon code and click “apply coupon”. The discount will be then deducted from the total amount.
  • Are you done with your shopping? Then click on the “Proceed to check out” button to go to the next step.

3. CONTROL YOUR ORDER
After the shopping you can enter your order details and preferences. The process consists of the following steps:

Step 1 – Order Method
Here you indicate how you want to order your items. This can be done in three ways. Most visitors choose the first option:

  • Purchase as a guest: you do not need to create an account. This is the quickest way.
  • Create an account: If you choose this option, you create an account before you finalize the order. The advantage of an account is that on a future order you will not need to enter your details again.
  • Log in with your account: if you already have a Watchme account, you can log in with it. Your data is then retrieved, so you do not have to enter it again.

Step 2 – Invoice Address
Here you could enter your personal details, such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Step 3 – Delivery Address (optional)
If the Invoice address is not the address where the order has to be delivered, you can indicate your desired delivery address. This step is optional.

Step 4 – Shipping Method
At this step you can choose your ideal shipping method. We send our order with PostNL (includes Track & Trace).

Step 5 – Payment Method
At this step you can indicate which payment method you want to use.

Step 6 – Control
This is the final step, before you go to the payment page. Here you can see the complete content of your shopping cart and the total amount of the order.
Please check here your details. If this is the case, then you can agree to the terms and conditions and continue to click ‘next step’.

4. PAYMENT
You now come to our secure payment page. At the top you see the total amount you will pay. After the payment is made you will return to the Watchme Amsterdam website.
