We would like to point out the possibility to return and exchange your order:

When purchasing our products you have the option to return your items without giving any reason for a period of 30 days from the day of receipt. You can exchange your order for another product or return it in that period and have your order refunded. During this period, in order to be entitled to your right of withdrawal, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use (but not wear!) the product during this period to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original state, but in any case unworn, to us.

Products that do not qualify for exchange and return:

Products that are not registered to Watchme-amsterdam.com within 30 days

• Products that have not been returned within 30 days after registration.
• Products specially made or ordered for the customer (free extra products).
• Damaged products.
• Products whose original packaging are missing or unusable.
